The Great Culinary Challenge (Orlando Discovery Program)
The renowned Orlando Culinary Academy® is your setting for the Great Culinary Challenge, where teams are assigned to create kitchen masterpieces. Your hosts include the chefs of the Orlando Culinary Academy®, associated with the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu®. Events include the following:
Course #1: You’re welcomed to your kitchen facilities where you receive an overview, along with cooking and safety tips for making your cooking experience successful.
Course #2: Each team unveils their “mystery ingredients”, then get started on cooking your team’s portion of the menu. Chefs are on hand to provide guidance, support and direction.
Course #3: You eat your own cooking. Here participants are surprised how really wonderful their dishes really are.
Course #4: Over dessert, you will debrief the experience about how collaboration can succeed when you combine the right ingredients.
