Lights! Camera! Action—Starring Your Team
Your team: on stage! This creative team building experience builds on bringing out the performance in everyone. Utilize available conference space at your hotel, or we provide an actual theater for use. Either way, we will involve participants in a variety of improvisational exercises that focus on team dynamics. Activities can include:
What’s Up Doc! — This ice breaker releases tension and creates big laughs as teams communicate with each other. It’s an elimination game with unexpected – and fun - results.
Orchestrated Story—Collective story creation that facilitates the practice of letting go one’s agenda. A “conductor” points at different members of the group, indicating when they should pick up and add to the story. The conductor moves back and forth among the group. When it’s your turn, be ready to pick up the story where the last person stopped. No repetition, no pausing. Just listen and be creatively “in the moment”.
Word-at-a-Time Story—Instant chemistry—the group becomes an instant expert, at acting as one. That’s because as a group, you create sentences that explore the topic assigned.
This is Your Life! Groups will utilize a variety of props and costumes to present small showcases celebrating the past, present, and future of your company. They then get to showcase their acts to the rest of the team.
Activities like these would be in small groups and as an entire team. The experience would be highly engaging and interactive.

RadioActivity: A Radio Broadcasting Team Event!
The outcome of this event is teams presenting a collaborative 30-60 second live radio commercial that delivers a powerful message on working together as teams. Activities include the following:
Warm Ups--Participants will then stand up and practice some verbal warm up activities. These games, rhythms and exercises are designed to help them verbally express themselves better in both the radio activity and are practical tools for helping them improve their verbal skills in real life.
Delivering to the Ear--Participants will return to their seats and facilitators will outline tips for creating “theater of the mind”. These are ideas for making their own radio commercial. They are also good tips for communication. They will also be introduced to their sound stage as well as to the physical and electronic resources they will have for producing their commercial.
Radio Commercial Activity--Participants will work as table groups to create their radio commercial. Facilitators will be on hand to move around the room and lend support. Production assistants will be available to orient those doing sound FX.
Going Live--Teams will randomly be selected to go live on stage and record their commercial. Production assistants will professionally record each session.
Playback/Conclusion--As a finale, participants will hear their taped versions one after the other. Program Leaders will conclude by facilitating a discussion to connect insights with action items for implementation to the workplace.
After the program, participants will receive a copy of the broadcast, along with ideas they shared during the brainstorming.

Team Olympics
This is a set of competitive events that would allow teams to compete with one another in a variety of engaging and interactive low-rope events.
Using indoor or outdoor space at a resort of your choosing we would create teams and participate in a variety of team building events. After a kick-off rally, participants would participate in such activities as the following:
Trust Partner’s Relay - Here people are challenged to overcome numerous obstacles. They are forced to listen closely to their partner’s directions and learn the power of negotiating an unknown course that tests their risk-taking tolerance along the way.
Beam Event - This activity requires not only persistence, but also mental and physical resourcefulness to succeed. Through this challenging problem-solving opportunity, people while navigate at the same time as they develop problem-solving skills by exchanging places.
All Aboard - This exercise emulates the concept of being stuffed into a telephone booth. Only, instead of being in a booth, they will assemble themselves on a small, low platform for 5 seconds without anyone touching the ground.
Island Cross Country - Team members must coordinate their efforts in crossing over an imaginary swamp as they utilize planks and cinderblocks. This teamwork experience emphasizes planning and problem solving skills.

The Great Culinary Challenge (Orlando Discovery Program)
The renowned Orlando Culinary Academy® is your setting for the Great Culinary Challenge, where teams are assigned to create kitchen masterpieces. Your hosts include the chefs of the Orlando Culinary Academy®, associated with the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu®. Events include the following:
Course #1: You’re welcomed to your kitchen facilities where you receive an overview, along with cooking and safety tips for making your cooking experience successful.
Course #2: Each team unveils their “mystery ingredients”, then get started on cooking your team’s portion of the menu. Chefs are on hand to provide guidance, support and direction.
Course #3: You eat your own cooking. Here participants are surprised how really wonderful their dishes really are.
Course #4: Over dessert, you will debrief the experience about how collaboration can succeed when you combine the right ingredients.
